Meaningful case update

I recently found a path forward for a foreign worker whose 6-year H-1B limit was about to expire.
H-1B workers only get 6 years in the U.S., and without a green card process in motion, options are extremely limited.
Because we had already started his permanent resident process, I was able to move forward with the next application at just the right time.
This created a pathway for him to:
- Extend his H-1B status beyond the 6-year limit
- Maintain legal status in the U.S.
- Have the flexibility to work with new employers in the future
The strategy worked.
Our expedited filing was approved.
"This approval is such a crucial milestone for me," he wrote afterward. "I'm deeply grateful for your help in making it happen."
The employer's response was even more poignant: "Great news. Good things happen to good people."
What I love about immigration law is finding these creative pathways when the standard routes close.
It's about seeing possibilities where others might see dead ends.
